Conveyancing and Probate Paralegal/Caseworker


Wainwright & Cummins LLP are looking for a conveyancing and probate paralegal/caseworker to join their expanding team.

The role of the Paralegal will be to assist fee earners within the Property and Probate team, who specialise in sales, purchases, lease extensions and lender cases, contentious and non-contentious probate cases together with drafting interim bills. The paralegal will be expected to have the ability to run a busy case load whilst enjoying the opportunity of working on a variety of different cases.

The successful candidate will be expected to be enthusiastic, hard working, flexible and able to produce excellent written work. They will also be expected to establish relationships with a range of clients and have a passion for growing the department.

Previous experience and good knowledge of billing is advantageous.

The role is with a view to a training contract after one year if performance meets expectation.

There is also the opportunity to gain experience in family law if desired.

Salary: £17,500 per annum – negotiable on experience

Working hours: 9.30am – 6pm, Mon – Fri
